The Well is a building common to all the factions in Heroes of Might and Magic I. When built, it increases the growth of all the creatures produced in the town by +2.
The Well is considered a very useful building, as the increasement is significant for the higher-tier creatures. A Farm town directly needs the Well to build three of it's dwelling.
