The bonus of the Seer gives a +2 Scouting radius.
The Seer is most likely to learn Scouting and Order Magic and fairly likely to learn the Life Magic and Death Magic skills. Seers can not learn Chaos magic or Nature Magic when leveling up unless some basic training in those skills is already known.
This bonus will make it easier for the Seer to scout, allowing them to spot enemy armies earlier. It's great for scouts, but the main hero will have less use for the bonus - though the combination of classes is still useful.
