Reputation is a feature in Might & Magic: Heroes VI.
There are 2 kinds of reputation: Tears and Blood.
A Hero can choose his calling to Dragon of Tears or Dragon of Blood.

Neutral

Neutral reputation is based on skills that are not offensive and not defensive. A hero with Neutral reputation did not decide to follow Path of Tears or Path of Blood.
All heroes in non-campaigns start with Neutral reputation. Heroes in campaigns, however, start with different reputations (except for the heroes that the player starts campaigns).
Tears

Added by Von BerlichingenTears reputation is based on defensive skills. A hero with Tears reputation helps people and would defend them, and shows mercy to enemies.
To gain Tears reputation, a Hero needs to let hostile creatures go or use defensive skills (marked as Tears abilities).

Added by Von BerlichingenBlood reputation is based on offensive skills. A hero with Blood reputation kills his enemies (mercilessly) and fights whenever he can.
To gain Blood reputation, a Hero needs to pursue enemy creatures or use offensive skills (marked as Blood abilities).
