The raskshasa kshatra is the alternate upgrade of the rakshasa rani, the sixth-level creature of the Academy, in Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East.

The "death spirits": that is what they call the fearsome Rakshasa Kshatras in the Silver Cities. These strong, nimble, merciless four-armed warriors take no prisoners, putting to the sword all who cross their path.OffBck

Compared to the rakshasa raja, the Kshatra has slightly better stats, and a devastating Whirlwind attack, but it lacks No Retaliation. It's capable of dealing out a lot more damage than the raja, if aimed correctly, but it will also suffer more damage, and if aimed wrongly, it's going to do a lot of friendly fire.

Abilities[]

  • Large Creature - This creature is bigger than others and occupies four squares on the field.
  • Whirlwind - Attacking an enemy, this creature always attacks a 6-tile area (the half of its adjacent tiles in front of it), delivering damage to all who are within it.
  • Dash - After using this ability creature misses one turn but is able to make turns more often (activated ability). The unit initiative is doubled for its next 3 actions.
