The Ninja is the evil-aligned promotion of the initiate in Might and Magic VII: For Blood and Honor. To be promoted to ninjas, initiates must seek out Stephan Sand in The Pit and complete his quest to find the Tomb of the Master in southern Erathia.
Ninjas gain 8 hit points and 1 spell point per level. Compared to initiates, they can learn grandmaster staff, unarmed, dodging, learning, and body building instead of master, master disarm trap instead of expert, and expert stealing instead of basic.
Good-aligned initiates can instead be promoted to masters. Compared to ninjas, masters can learn expert spirit, mind, and body magic instead of basic, but can only learn expert disarm trap instead of master, and basic stealing instead of expert.
