Necromancy is a faction ability in Might & Magic: Heroes VI. This faction ability is availabe only to Necropolis heroes.

The gauge is filled when creatures are dealt damage. Friendly losses generate more points.

Necromancy I

Necromancy I

Raises friendly undead creatures based on the size of your army. Can raise Core creatures.OffBck

Ability restores Health in amount = 2.75% of total Army Health at the start of combat. Target area: 1x1. Only available for Necromancers, Ebon Knights and their Tear/Blood versions.


Necromancy II

Raises friendly undead creatures based on the size of your army. Can raise Core and Elite creatures.OffBck

Ability restores Health in amount = 5.5% of total Army Health at the start of combat. Percent = 5.5. Target area: 1x1. Requires Necromancer/Ebon Knight level 5.


Necromancy III

Raises friendly undead creatures based on the size of your army. Can raise Core, Elite, and Champion creatures.OffBck Ability restores Health in amount = 8.25% of total Army Health at the start of combat. Target area: 1x1. Requires Necromancer/Ebon Knight level 15.


Necromancy IV

Necromancy IV

Raises friendly undead creatures based on the size of your army. Healing is distributed among friendly undead in targeted area. Can raise Core, Elite and Champion creatures.OffBck

Ability restores Health of each stack in target area in amount = 11% of total Army Health at the start of combat. Target area: 3x3. Requires Necromancer/Ebon Knight level 25.

Things that improve NecromancyEdit

  • Amulet of Necromancy - the hero gains +10% points to Necromancy when the gauge fills.
  • No Rest for the Wicked - Embalmers have their Necromancy raised for +3%.
  • Chamber of Necromancy - Necromancy skill is improved for +10%.
  • Asha's Undying Resolve - Necromancy skill is improved for +100%.
