Marid is an instructor in Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven. He can be found at the Island Testing Center training grounds in Mist.
Once the party members have gained enough experience to reach the next level, they must travel to Marid or another instructor and pay a small fee. Marid will train party members up to level 30.
For starting classes, the cost of training from first to second level is 15 gold. For classes promoted once, it's 30 gold, and for the final classes, it's 45 gold. The cost is doubled for training from level 2 to level 3, tripled to train from level 3 to level 4, etc.
