Kaishin is a character featured in Pirates of the Savage Sea.
Biography[]
Kaishin was once a fierce and powerful warrior of the Lotus Empire. While his loyalty was never questioned, he was also known for his viciousness and cruelty in battle. When his daimyo was killed by Orcs during a battle to control some minor islands of the Jade Ocean, Kaishin became a mercenary. His reputation became darker through the years, as it became clear causing death was his sole purpose in life. "I am only a blade", he once told one of his employers, "I was forged to cut and kill, nothing else". Eventually Kaishin met Himiko, who persuaded him he was enforcing the will of the Wrecker without knowing it. He left the Empire with her soon thereafter. When they settled in the Savage Sea, Kaishin clashed swords with the Pirate King of the time, the aging captain Rahmah. Rahmah fought valiantly but was cut down by his adversary, who claimed the Sword of the Pirate King as a spoil of war.OffBck

The King of the Savage Sea: Kaishin guard the Sunken Temple. It is necessary to defeat him in order for Crag Hack to be allowed to get on top of the volcano.
