Cheryl Duncan is a skill trainer in Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven. She can be found on the second floor of the Savings House in New Sorpigal (only reachable with a fly spell), and teaches expert air magic.
Her services cost 1000 gold, and the party member must have four ranks in air magic first.
