Charm is a guildmaster in Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven, and can be found at the Adept Guild of Light in Blackshire.
Charm teaches basic light magic and learning for 2000 gold each, though the price can be reduced with the merchant skill. Charm also sells the first ten light magic spells. There will be twelve spellbooks for sale. They are selected at random, and duplicates will happen, so the guild might not have all spells at the same time.
To use these services, the party must first purchase membership to the guild from Virginia Standridge or Marton Ferris.
